4. Made to Order Products
Many Ducky Jackets products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
Production time is usually 13 to 16 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, contact, and payment information provided is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required at the time the order is placed.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
The total amount, including product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges, is shown before you confirm your order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, product information contains an error, or the order cannot be fulfilled.
6. Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30 day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted according to our Refund and Exchange Policy for both defective and non defective products, provided the item meets the return eligibility conditions.
Approved returns must be sent by mail. Ducky Jackets covers the approved return shipping cost where the return is approved according to our Refund and Exchange Policy.
Ducky Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Ducky Jackets does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is approved and processed, you may place a new order separately.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Ducky Jackets ships orders according to our Shipping Policy.
Production time is usually 13 to 16 business days after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, estimated transit time is usually 3 to 5 business days for most supported destinations.
The total estimated delivery time is usually 16 to 21 business days from order placement.
A flat shipping fee of $25.00 USD applies to all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, peak seasons, incorrect address details, or other circumstances outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country.
8. Order Cancellations
You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40 percent of the order total, depending on the production status of the order.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once dispatched, the return process described in our Refund and Exchange Policy will apply.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide, product details, and order information before placing an order.
