Ducky Jackets accepts returns for both defective and non defective products, as long as the item meets the return eligibility conditions above and the return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible return reasons may include defective items, damaged items, wrong items sent, items significantly different from the product description, sizing concerns, or customer preference.

4. How to Request a Return

For approved returns, Ducky Jackets will cover the return shipping cost.

Where available, a return label will be provided by email. If a return label is not available for your location, we will provide return instructions and arrange a reasonable return shipping solution.

7. Restocking Fee

Ducky Jackets does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

8. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

9. Exchanges

Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Items with odors, stains, or signs of use

Items not returned in acceptable condition after inspection

11. Cancellations

Order cancellations are handled according to our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a deduction of up to 40 percent of the order total, depending on the production status of the order.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once dispatched, the return process described in this policy will apply.

During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, production may take slightly longer.

After your order has completed production and quality checking, it will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is usually 3 to 5 business days for most supported destinations.

There are no hidden shipping charges from Ducky Jackets.

Ducky Jackets ships to supported locations worldwide.
